Is the assessment fully free with no hidden costs or follow-up obligations?
Normally, this type of assessment costs £800–£2,000, but we’re offering it for free for a limited time while we continue to grow, and there are no follow-up obligations. We know small businesses don’t always have big security budgets.
Will the vulnerability assessment disrupt our website or business operations?
No, these assessments will not disrupt or damage any assets related to your organisation, as most our checks are passive or high-level. If you have questions about specific tools we use, we're more than happy to show and explain them!
What information or access do you need from us to get started?
We won't need any access to perform the vulnerability assessment; everything can be done from our end. For our security policy review, we'll need a copy of any current policies you may have. And for the security awareness seminar, no extra resources will be needed from your end.
How long does the full security package take to complete and deliver results?
If the full cybersecurity package is requested, it usually takes around a week to complete and deliver all services to you.

The vulnerability assessment will take 2 to 3 days to complete, depending on the size of your website and systems.
The security policy review takes 1 to 2 days to complete, depending on the number of assets involved in your business.​
And the security awareness training will take 30 to 40 minutes to deliver to your staff.
